Steuerfachleute sagen dem Staat ein Plus von mehr als 43 Milliarden Euro bis 2030 voraus. Davon entfallen aber nur drei Milliarden Euro auf den Bund. Das löst weder die Haushaltsprobleme, noch erlaubt es neue Projekte.
