Nepal krijgt een toezegging van 20 miljoen dollar om te herstellen van de verwoestende overstromingen. Het is de eerste keer dat er geld wordt vrijgemaakt uit een speciaal fonds voor klimaatrampen. Maar voor de miljarden aan schade is het een druppel op een gloeiende plaat.
