Het Europees Hof van Justitie volgt milieuvereniging Dryade in haar verzet tegen een grondwaterwinningsproject in Peer. De grondwaterwinning was niet groot genoeg om verplicht te moeten onderzoeken welke effecten ze heeft op beschermde natuur. "Dit kan belangrijke gevolgen hebben", zegt professor Milieurecht Hendrik Schoukens.
