Het Witte Huis meldt dat Rusland en Oekraïne een humanitair bestand hebben afgesproken voor de Oekraïense stad Oleshky. Dat zou zijn gebeurd na bemiddeling van Melania Trump, de vrouw van de Amerikaanse president Donald Trump. De overgebleven inwoners van Oleshky kampen met voedseltekorten.
