Een 34-jarige man die sinds 21 juni dit jaar voortvluchtig was en op de lijst van 'Belgium's Most Wanted' stond, heeft zich deze week vrijwillig aangegeven. Dat meldt de Federale Politie. De man was in juni veroordeeld tot een celstraf van 15 jaar, maar hij had kort voor die uitspraak zijn enkelband doorgeknipt en de vlucht genomen.
