Der Bundesrat empfiehlt den Abschluss eines neuen bilateralen Vertrags mit Brüssel. Doch dabei droht ein Grundlagenirrtum, denn die Partnerin EU dürfte sich in naher Zukunft massiv verändern – das hat auch mit den gegenwärtigen Protesten in Frankreich zu tun.
