Het Europese Hof voor de Rechten van de Mens heeft vragen gesteld over de detentieomstandigheden van Ridouan Taghi, die al bijna zeven jaar in volledige isolatie zit in de EBI in Vught. Taghi heeft 21 klachten ingediend over zijn detentie die aanleiding zijn voor de vragen aan het ministerie van Justitie.
