L’altre dia, durant un congrés a Almeria, els responsables d’una cooperativa m’explicaven que necessitaven tenir una plantilla aproximadament un 20% superior a la que requeria la seva activitat. Tenien al voltant de 1.500 treballadors i cada dia hi faltaven entre 200 i 300 persones. Per garantir el funcionament normal havien de mantenir centenars de treballadors addicionals.
