Het Amerikaanse techbedrijf Microsoft biedt ongeveer 60.000 werknemers de mogelijkheid om met financiële steun vrijwillig bij het bedrijf te vertrekken. Dat is 27 procent van het totale personeelsbestand. De regeling komt op een moment dat het bedrijf miljarden investeert in kunstmatige intelligentie (AI).
