A humanitarian ceasefire around Russian-occupied Oleshky is scheduled to last until late on Nov. 1, Ukrainian lawmaker David Arakhamia said. The pause is intended to enable aid deliveries and civilian evacuations, while Ukraine’s ombudsman reported that both sides were observing the agreement after it took effect early Tuesday.
