El Restaurante Las Tinajas ha organizado, a partir de este jueves, las XXXIII Jornadas Gastronómicas. La programación de este año comienza con la cocina vasca como protagonista los días 22 y 23 de octubre; la cocina andaluza tendrá su cita el 5 y el 6 de noviembre, y la castellana, el 12 y el 13 del mismo mes. José Álvarez, propietario de este restaurante, ha analizado en COPE los contenidos de estas jornadas, que se celebran tanto en horario de almuerzo como de cena, durante la entrevista cuyo audio acompaña a esta información.
